We are the only company in Japan that mass-produces small drones. Currently, we are accelerating the development of next-generation small drones and are seeking a Camera Technology Engineer to join our product development team.
Drone development requires a wide range of technologies, including hardware, electronic circuits, embedded software, PC and smartphone applications, cloud systems, and even specialized knowledge in aerospace engineering. Among these, the camera is a critical component, and we are looking for an engineer with deep expertise in camera technology.

・Define requirements for drone cameras and gimbals
・Manage vendors of drone cameras and gimbals
・Define performance requirements and manage development for image and video processing (e.g., ISP, noise reduction)
・Evaluate and manage video quality
・Conduct performance evaluations and propose improvements through hands-on testing with actual devices

・Manage the full lifecycle of camera functionality, from planning and development to mass production
・Develop and maintain the roadmap for drone camera technology
・Create and manage documentation required for development
・Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including partner companies

MUST:
・Practical experience in developing imaging devices such as smartphone or automotive cameras
・Knowledge of image and video processing
・Ability to create and manage development-related documentation
・Coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders

Nice-to-have:
・Experience in developing and evaluating electronic image stabilization
・Knowledge of drones and drone camera systems
・Experience in product development and product management
・Development experience using Python or C++
・Image processing using GPU technologies (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL)
・Experience in gimbal control design and evaluation
・Familiarity with libraries such as OpenCV and GStreamer
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese
・Business-level proficiency in English

09:00 - 18:00 (Flex time with core time from 10:00 to 15:00)
