CASE 01
Emergency delivery to isolated areas hit by typhoon
Emergency supply delivery
ANA Holdings and NTT DoCoMo conducted an emergency delivery of daily necessities and medical supplements to an area that was isolated by typhoon damage, in response to a request from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

Japan Post, BVLOS inter-post office delivery
Japan's first BVLOS delivery mission
In November 2018, Japan Post conducted first 9km, BVLOS flight, for inter-post office delivery. This was the first case to obtain approval for Level 3 flight (BVLOS) in Japan after the regulation was amended.
CASE 03
ANA, inter-island delivery
Island delivery test case conducted by ANA
ANA Holdings was awarded a grant for regional development by the Cabinet Office and conducted remote island delivery experiment. The test was conducted in September 2019 and January 2020. This activity was part of the Drone i-Land Project which aims to improve the convenience of life for residents of secondary remote island areas.
