ACSL is a specialized manufacturer of industrial drone that handles activities from development to sales. Our mission is to realize manpower saving and unmanned operations through drones, with particular strength in autonomous control systems.
A reliable and stable electrical circuit hardware is essential for an advanced autonomous control system. Drones are composed of various electric circuits such as power circuits, lithium-ion batteries, motors, MCU, sensors, GPS, and wireless communications. The candidate will be in charge of designing these electric circuits, verifying their operation, and conducting various tests. Since some of these designs and tests are outsourced, the candidate will also be responsible for preparing specifications, giving work instructions, conducting reviews. And the candidate will be required to coordinate specifications with customers and related internal and external departments. Business trips are required several times a month, such as accompanying drone flight tests. There are also overseas business trips several times a year for meetings with subcontractors and parts vendors.
In a wide variety of work, a lot of technology can be experienced through drones. This is an environment where people who want to try various jobs and execute their own work based on their own ideas can play an active role.

Must:
Candidates who meet all of the following
・At least 5 years of experience in electronic circuit design for mass-produced products (Power supply circuits, MCU peripheral circuits, communication circuits such as USB and Ethernet, motor drive circuits, battery charge/discharge circuits, high-frequency wireless circuits, etc.)
・Experience in testing and performance evaluation of electronic circuits (electrical characteristics evaluation, wireless evaluation, reliability testing, temperature testing, EMC testing, etc.)
・Experience in preparation of requirement specifications, system specifications, detailed design specifications, inspection specifications, etc.

Want:
・Experience in drone and robot development
・Experience in EMC, thermal countermeasures, malfunction and defect countermeasures
・Project lead experience
・Experience coordinating and negotiating with quality assurance, mass production, procurement, sales, and other development departments
・Experience in coordination and negotiation with design and manufacturing subcontractors, parts manufacturers, etc.
・English communication skills (internal and external communication with overseas manufacturers)
